Fluid is accessible only to verified staff of veterinary clinics (and other veterinary organizations) in the United States, including veterinarians, technicians, practice managers, and inventory managers. Only staff ordering on behalf of a verifiable U.S. licensed veterinarian are permitted to access and use Fluid. Additionally, only vendor accounts that are active and valid will be capable of connecting to Fluid. Permitted organizations include:

• Veterinary Clinics

• Emergency and Specialty Hospitals

• Universities

• Zoos

• Aqariums

• SPCAs

• Shelters

• Independent Veterinarians

Verified manufacturers of animal health products may also be granted limited access to the platform to manage their own products' pages, but will not be able to search the catalog.
